Missing Folder

We've ordered from HR direct for quite some time now and use their employee record folders and medical record folders exclusively. We typically never have any issues with our orders but our most recent order was missing 1 folder from the pack of 25.

Folders Changed

We received our order in a timely manner, and it appears to be complete. However, the folders have changed since the last time we ordered. The titles are the same, but the information on the outside is now different. This leaves us with different folders for our employee files. It isn't a huge problem, just annoying.
